2009 Spring Napa trip with Chi family

Shortly before my sabbactical started, one of big's "F4/S4?" members Mr/Mrs 紀酒神 visited bay area. With 魚子醬一家, we three families made a two days trip to Napa.

不虧是葡萄酒專家 旅遊後逾月 還能鉅細彌遺的記錄品酒心得 加上葡萄酒背後的歷史知識 的確有用心肝, (和用錢?)學習 佩服

美國的International Sommelier Guild(ISG)在台灣有開Wine Fundamentals 初級,中級的認證班!(Sommelier Diploma Program 好像一定要去美國上課),不知到貴食堂任職之前,小弟我需要取得什麼樣的資格???

不知ISG在美國夠不夠水準呢?如果reputation還不錯,我搞不好真的可以去拿個證書,學個一技之長!

其實品酒的專精不在乎有無證書. 依你的熱誠如果再推向專業的訓練, 加上你生動的表達, 會是很有可為的.
