Being inspired by this movie, I finished couple cooking/baking homeworks this weekend:

"芒果給我抱抱": 必須解決一堆熟透快爛的芒果

- 芒果果醬: successful work this time. 濃稠酸甜度剛好 早餐配麵包優格真美好

- 芒果香煎豬排: 配青菜, Potato salad, 凍檸鹹七飲料. 滿足的晚餐!酸甜夏日萊姆派: For little bear's 1st month old party

- Lime Meringue Tart: tart dough is based on Pierre Herme recipe and taste like English butter cookie. Big said it looks like many 蝸牛 on the top. :P

- Side product Meringue cookies: Not successful even though the taste is ok. But it should be a "white" cookie instead it was brown......

More to come.....Right now I smell 滿室的紅酒燉牛肉香氣
