這是怎樣的夜晚

或是同桌打網路遊戲?
或是大夥事業大忙賺錢?

有了Bacon 果然不同 tomato的香濃 無花果的甜美 很棒的融合


Raspberry & apple cake
季節性的點心 Apple的出現讓我感覺秋天不遠了 一如我的風格 不甜膩的甜點
Raspberry烤出爐的甜香味 讓人聞之嘴角上揚

1&1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons unslated butter melted + 2 tablespoons butter cut into pieces
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1/2 cup whole milk
2 larges eggs
4 Mcintosh apples (1 & 1/2 pounds) peels, cored and cut into 8 wedges
1 cup raspberry or blackberries
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (option)

1. Buttered and sugar dust pan. Prehear oven 375F
2. mix flour, baking powder, salt together
3. mix 6 tablespoons butter, 1/4 cup sugar, milk, and eggs together
4. mix #2 and #3 together
5. spead batter into pan and arrange apple wedges over batter and sprinkle with berries
6. combine 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle over fruit
7. Dot with 2 tablespoons butter on top.
8. Bake until top is dark gold about 55 mins.
