Pierre Herme chocolate cake

This is my first time to work on Chocolate so seriously. The recipe and instruction follow Pierre Herm's. Next time I may refine the portion of butter so that it can have lighter taste.

Of course, the decoration technique should improve too.....

2009 Spring Napa trip with Chi family

Shortly before my sabbactical started, one of big's "F4/S4?" members Mr/Mrs 紀酒神 visited bay area. With 魚子醬一家, we three families made a two days trip to Napa.

非常棒的國語專輯 值得收藏
在台灣時 眾多MV放送中 只有失落沙洲 caught my eyes and made me want to keep listening.
只覺得這女歌手聲音真好 當下就決定要買來聽
聽了整張專輯後 只有一個念頭 單純的愛音樂 愛唱歌就是如此 沒有過多的包裝和修飾 有的只是好聽的旋律及驚喜的創作
Someone says, being a musician, 90% is talent. Lala gets it, not only her voice but also her abiliy to compose.
期待她未來 會帶來更多的好音樂.
