水蒸鹹蛋糕
一時很想吃肉鬆鹹蛋糕 手癢就來試做 嘿嘿嘿 這個版本前半段很像做泡芙 原本做到一半還有點懷疑 結果蛋糕還蠻幼咪咪 同時用電鍋及爐鍋上蒸 爐鍋上的反而好操作 電鍋裡好像太熱 對流不夠 蛋糕蒸到一半就澎到不行 下次要作再厚一點 吃起來才比較有口感
1) 2 eggs (egg yolk and egg white seperated)
2) Butter 35g and milk 30g: melt together to warm
3) Cake flour 40g mix into 2)
4) Egg yolk mix into 3) one by one
5) Egg white beat together with sugar 40g
6) mix 5) and 4) together
7) Steam for ~12-15 mins
